Warning! Stay away from Feldman Law Center, if you do not wish to be scammed and cheated and lose you home!!
They lie, cheat and charge large fees upfront. This company is currenty under investigation. Do not let them take you to the cleaners and make you lose you home.

This is why it is important to work with licensed professionals. You have to have someone who is licensed with the Department of Commerce, in some way or another.

Also, DON’T PAY UP FRONT!!! When a company get everything up front they are not as motivated to get the job done.

Now, I will say, in defense of the company featured here. It is not uncommon for banks to say that they have had no contact even after repeated phone and mailings. That is why you need someone who knows how to do it.

Go to your state’s web site to the Dept of Banking area or Consumer Affairs, a list of licensed Loan Modification agencies will be listed.

Stay away from Steven Craig Feldmam/Feldman Law Center. Steven Craig Feldman is a scam artist, con-male, cheater and dead beat dad!

If you decide to go to this company anyway, do not (DO NOT) give them money upfront! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOTHING!
