what lenders are eligible for the Obama Mortgage Bailout plan?

we get bills for the mortgage from Central Morgage Company. People say they are trash. are they covered?
President Obama just passed a mortgage bailout plan. I know that FreddieMac and some other crap is covered, but how do i find out if my mortgage company applies?
