I have a savings account but im confused on what interest rates are like is it the money your bank puts into your account or what? I want to have that where the bank puts money into your savings account idk what it’s called though.
im buying a new construction condo and the builder wants 5,000 down to finish the house (tile and flooring), but that was the money I was going to use for my closing costs. Since I will have paid down part of the principal, could I finance the closing costs?
my mortgage is 100% financing
I have a five year term on my mortgage – which means I think that I am barely paying any of the principal off for that period of time, and am just paying off the interest.
What happens if I want to move before the end of my term? Where does all the money go that I’ve paid in so far?
Kirby Daley said on 2009.02.23 that China will not have sufficient amount of money to buy all US treasuries that will have to be issued. The difference will have to be printed by Ben Bernanke and Federal Reserve or the interest rates would have to go up dramatically, just as they did in late 70′ and early 80′
I am buying my first home with an FHA loan. The mortgage company I am using doesn’t do a 203K loan and I would like to use money to improve the house. I was approved for ,000 more than purchase price and only want K max. My credit is not perfect… I’m trying to find out the chances of being able to get a home equity loan with a first mortgage. The house is valued 7K and the loan will be for 9000. Any help would be great!
How will tax rebates work when the US will borrow the money from China at 11% interest and give it to Americans to purchase products built in China? How will reducing interest rates help the people who have been doing the right thing by saving their money?Reducing interest rates just helps out the banks who tried to rip off these people with loans they couldn’t afford in the first place.I can’t say I have the answers to the economy buy I feel these fixes will do nothing but make it worse.
me and my fiance are loking to buy a house and found one we like but we didnt really want to buy one this soon since we wont be living in it until october and we want to save some money until then. My realtor said he can make the closing May 30th but is there any way that you can get the first mortgage payment pushed back?
My mom recently passed away and she had a home mortgage. She had another mortgage on a previous home loan and now I can’t find any paper work on her new home mortgage. I called the bank that she has this loan with and they won’t tell me anything because I am not the executive of her will. Problem is my sister is the executive and I have a bad feeling they are trying to sell the land and take the money without telling the rest of the remaining siblings. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Well in her will it does state that me and my other brother gets a piece of the land. But my other siblings say that it is mortgaged and that she had no credit life to pay it off. They won’t show us any paperwork and they act like the bank won’t give them any copies, which is a lie because I talked to the bank. I am going to get an attorney to fight this but I wish I knew of a way to find out for sure if the land is paid off or if they are telling the truth about it still being mortgaged.
